Sharon Ali

Chief Executive Officer

Ali is chief executive officer for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. She is a seasoned and accomplished business executive, with more than 25 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry (including over a decade in the healthcare industry) and with Fortune 100 companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo/Quaker Foods & Beverages and more.

Ali brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing, business development, sales and strategic planning to this leadership role in the life-changing, growing medical Marijuana industry. She is committed to making a difference and positively impacting lives with the legal and ethical use of medical marijuana.

Among the awards she has received over the course of her professional career, Ali is a two-time recipient of the Frederick Miller award –Miller Brewing Company’s highest award, named after its founder.

Ali received a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia University.


Natasha Strother Lassiter

Chief Operating Officer

Strother is the chief operating officer of Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. She is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities. Most recently, she was executive vice president of Strother Enterprises, Inc., a minority- and veteran-owned contract food service company.

Over the course of more than 15 years in food and beverage, Natasha was instrumental in the corporate planning and the successful development of many strategic partnerships with entities such as Centerplate, Aramark Corp., HMSHost, and Wexford Health. Additionally, she was responsible for several multimillion dollar growth opportunities across diverse industry sectors including healthcare, sports and entertainment, education, transportation and corrections. She has also served in a variety of management positions such as director of finance and corporate strategy and financial analysis manager.

With a passion for contributing to the economic and social vitality of the Philadelphia region, Strother is a member of numerous boards and committees, including Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau PHLDiversity, theVillage, McDonogh Network Steering Committee of Lafayette College, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce CEO Access Network. A graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, she previously served on the Lafayette Leadership Council and Philadelphia Academies Inc.

Strother holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA in finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.


Gilbert J. Fanciullo, MD, MS

Medical Advisor

Dr. Fanciullo is a medical advisor for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. A leading medical expert in anesthesia and pain management, he has served as an instructor in anesthesia at Harvard Medical School, and is currently professor of anesthesia at Dartmouth Medical School. He also serves as the director for the Pain Management Fellowship at Dartmouth.

A practicing anesthesiologist as well, Dr. Fanciullo has held chair and board of director positions with the American Academy of Pain Medicine. With more than 50 journal article author credits, he holds a major interest in pain management research, focusing particularly on opioid and cannabinoid applications. He currently serves as the editor-in -chief for the International Journal of Medical Cannabinoids.


Corey Burchman, MD

Medical Advisor

Dr. Burchman is a medical advisor for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. He is a prominent expert in anesthesia and pain management. Having served as an instructor in anesthesiology at the Harvard School of Medicine and a clinical associate at Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Burchman is currently an assistant professor of anesthesiology at the Dartmouth Hanover School of Medicine. With dozens of journal article author credits, he holds a major interest in pain management research, focusing largely on opioid and cannabinoid applications.


Bruce Lefkowitz, RPh

Chief Science Officer

Lefkowitz is chief science officer at Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. A third generation Pennsylvania pharmacist, he is the CEO and owner of Harrold’s Pharmacy, a family-owned and operated business in South Wilkes Barre since 1947 and one of only 10 pharmacies in the state accredited for compounding.

Lefkowitz has completed specialty coursework in intravenous nutrition therapy, prescription compounding and medications specific for HIV/AIDS patients and manages an extensive home infusion program to homebound patients throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. In addition, Lefkowitz operates an immunization and travel vaccine program in the pharmacy and has one of the region’s few “Medication Take Back” programs.

Lefkowitz is an active member of the National Association of Community Pharmacists, the American Pharmaceutical Association, the National Association of Infusion Providers and the Family Business Forum at Wilkes University. A founding member of and an active participant with the Wyoming Valley Aids Council, he serves on the professional interdisciplinary team with three hospice organizations in the Wyoming Valley and several home care organizations.

Lefkowitz earned his pharmacy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.


Benjamin Brooks

Director of Security

Benjamin Brooks is director of security for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. A retired Major of the Pennsylvania State Police with three decades of experience as a licensed private investigator, Brooks is a management consultant and founder of a consulting agency specializing in helping companies effectively implement their cultural diversity and inclusion programs.

As one of the first African Americans in the history of the force, he rose through the ranks to become the first African American Captain/Troop Commander. Brooks later became the first enlisted Pennsylvania State Police member to head the Affirmative Action/Contract Compliance Division. In that capacity, he developed the sexual harassment policy and training program, and redefined the concept of affirmative action, and its relationship to cultural diversity. He is a member of a multiagency task force that trains police and corrections departments throughout Pennsylvania in the ethnic intimidation laws relating to hate crimes.

A member of the National Speakers Association, the American Seminar Leaders Association, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), the Dale Carnegie Group, Brooks received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania.
