Medical Marijuana Qualifying Conditions in PA

The Pennsylvania Department of Health is in the process of implementing the state’s Medical Marijuana Program. The program will provide access to Medical Marijuana for patients with the following approved conditions:

  • ALS
  • Autism
  • Cancer
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Epilepsy
  • Glaucoma
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Huntington’s Disease
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease
  • Intractable Seizures
  • Intractable Spasticity
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Neuropathies
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • PTSD
  • Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or in which conventional therapeutic intervention & opiate therapy is contraindicated or ineffective
  • Sickle-Cell Anemia
  • Spinal Cord Damage
