Curious about the latest prime products headed to a dispensary near you? Our Product Spotlight series provides a preview of some of our expertly crafted medical marijuana products awaiting patients on dispensary shelves.
The inaugural edition of this newsletter series highlights two prime-grown products you’ll want to consider: Chem De La Chem #2 and African Thai Live Badder.
Chem De La Chem #2
Lineage: Chemdawg D x I95 #2
Dominance: Hybrid
Main Terpenes: D-Limonene, B-Myrcene, B-Caryophyllene
Description: Lemon-lime buds exhibiting chemdawg structure and a dominant chem nose with lemon and gas undertones. Our most recent batch of this premium flower features dense buds and a heavier chem flavor, with nearly 2.6% total terpene content.
From Our Grower: “Chem De La Chem showcases the diversity and unique characteristics you will find within a single strain,” says Brandon Miller, senior director of production and facilities for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. Our expert cultivation team undergoes a carefully selective process to identify and refine the ideal qualities particular to each strain. For example, Chem De La Chem #2 has a powerful terpene profile featuring more Beta-Myrcene and Linalool than its counterpart Chem De La Chem #5- also known as our Baseball Glove pheno. The #5 has a “spicier” flavor profile, with increased Beta-caryophyllene and Humulene.
African Thai Live Badder
Dominance: Sativa
Lineage: Unknown Durban x Thai Hybrid
Main Terpenes: B-Myrcene, Limonene, B-Caryophyllene
Description: Our African Thai Live Badder showcases a patient-preferred strain of prime whole flower in the form of an expertly crafted concentrate.
About Live Badder: This premium extract is a form of live resin that has been physically agitated prior to the crystallization process. This world-class method of extraction results in a product with the texture of finely shaved ice and a faint yellow color. Our African Thai Live Badder also features a light lemon smell. This can be attributed to the limonene in its terpene profile, along with B-Myrcene and B-Caryophyllene.
Fun fact: This prime concentrate tested at over 12 percent total terpene content and over 79% THCA.
